Pre-Registration Reward

Overview

Pixelify ("the App") is offering a pre-registration reward ("Reward") to users who pre-register for Pixelify on Google Play before the app's official launch. By pre-registering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The Reward

Users who successfully pre-register for Pixelify on Google Play will receive Pixelify Pro — a permanent unlock of all Pro features within the app — at no charge, automatically delivered upon the app's official launch.

• Pixelify Pro includes access to all premium palettes, export formats, pixel shapes, and Pro effects.
• The reward is delivered automatically via Google Play when the app launches.
• No additional purchase or action is required to claim the reward after pre-registering.

Eligibility

• You must have a valid Google Play account in a supported region.
• You must pre-register for Pixelify on Google Play before the official launch date.
• One reward per Google account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be disqualified.
• The reward is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Reward Delivery

The Reward will be delivered automatically by Google Play when Pixelify officially launches. You must have the app installed on your device to receive the reward. If you uninstall the app before launch, you may not receive the reward automatically — however, you can contact us at support@pixelify.app and we will honour the reward manually upon verification.

Availability

• The pre-registration reward is available while the pre-registration period is active.
• Pixelify reserves the right to end the pre-registration period at any time.
• Users who pre-register before the close of the pre-registration period are guaranteed to receive the reward.
• The reward will be honoured for the lifetime of the app on the registering Google account.

Limitations

• The reward does not include future paid features that may be introduced after launch.
• Pixelify reserves the right to modify or discontinue Pro features, though existing Pro users will retain access to features available at the time of their unlock.
• The reward cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.
• Pixelify is not responsible for any failure by Google Play to deliver the reward due to technical issues on Google's platform.

Privacy

Pre-registration is handled entirely by Google Play. Pixelify does not collect any personal information as part of the pre-registration process. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle data.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith. For questions, contact us at legal@pixelify.app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The reward entitlement of users who have already pre-registered will not be negatively affected by any such changes. Continued pre-registration after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
