Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Pixelify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Pixelify for personal and commercial creative projects, subject to these terms.
- You may use Pixelify-generated artwork for personal, commercial, or social media purposes.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app itself.
- You may not use the app to generate content that violates applicable laws.
Pro subscription
Pixelify Pro is a one-time purchase processed through Google Play. Once purchased:
- Pro features are unlocked permanently on the purchasing account.
- Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy (within 48 hours of purchase).
- We reserve the right to add new Pro features without additional charge.
- We reserve the right to modify free-tier limitations at any time.
Your content
You retain full ownership of all images you upload and all artwork you generate with Pixelify. By using the app you confirm that:
- You have the right to use any images you upload.
- You will not upload images containing illegal content.
- We claim no ownership over your generated artwork.
Intellectual property
The Pixelify app, name, logo, and all built-in content (palettes, UI, design) are the intellectual property of Pixelify. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.
Disclaimer of warranties
Pixelify is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss of data or damage arising from use of the app.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelify's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Pro (if anything). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
